4. Accounts and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current information when booking appointments or creating an account, and to keep your contact details up to date so we and the clinic can reach you about your appointment.
5. Appointments and payments
- Appointment availability is controlled by the clinic/provider.
- Fees for clinic appointments may be charged online through our website using third-party payment providers (such as SafePay).
- Prices and currencies shown at checkout before you confirm payment apply to that transaction.
- A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds (where payment is required) and the system issues a confirmation.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules for paid clinic appointments are set out in our Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techsacare Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid appointment fee is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment through the website.
